Rick Nickelchok, B.Sc., M.P.E. is the owner and principal of the business. As an experienced and knowledgeable leader of 30+ years in the not-for-profit and academic sectors, Rick has developed a high level of expertise sought after by association clients. This expertise touches on all aspects of not-for-profit management including: organizational management, revenue generation, advocacy, board management and governance, strategic planning, financial and human resource management, communication enhancement, marketing, mentoring and media / public relations.

Rick leverages his sectoral expertise in sport, health and education and brings his teaching experience at post-secondary institutions across Canada for 17 years as part of his consulting tools.
